Launch of second Cub Pack January 2024

Due to popular demand, we are opening a second Cub Pack in January 2024. The second Cub Pack will be run by Laura Cooper and Lisa Elia, with section assistants providing further support. This second Cub Pack will be known as the Liftondown Cubs, as they will meet at Lifton Methodist Church in Liftondown.

The Cub programme will be very similar to the programme run by the existing Cubs, who will continue to meet at Lifton Community Centre. We know that our existing programme plans and activities cover all the requirements for the Silver Chief Scout’s Award, the highest award that a Cub can achieve. This is an exciting new development for the 1st Lifton Sea Scout Group as we have been running Cub Scouts since 1972.
